| Yeah, so yesterday I accidentally put a dent in my brothers car while I was driving my moms van which I have a hard time parking. That is all I can think to post about. Sorry...

| Well we Myerses certainly had a very different Christmas than what we are acostomed to. The death of my grandmother this year meant that my family had to travel to the beautiful adirondacks in upstate NY for the funeral that was the friday before Christmas, the the week following Christmas. All of the Myerses except for me that is. I had to work all the way up to Christmas eve. So while my family were all off enjoying real snowball fights and the snowmobile, I was here trying desperatly hard to endure the crabby Christmas shoppers. It was ok though, I made it through a whole week in our house by myself. Since they were gone for Christmas, we celebrated the exchanging of gifts part of it the following Saturday on New years eve. Unfortunatley I hardly remember any of it because I had been passed some kind of weird viral infection by Ruth (Ians wife) that seemed to concentrate itself in my lungs, and was all drugged up. So, it ended up being a very good Christmas despite all of the drawbacks.

| My Grandmother died of cancer at 7:00 this morning...
and I had a very sucky day at work.
I am trying very hard not to hate Christmas.
Abide with me; fast falls the eventide
the darkness deepens; Lord with me abide
when other helpers fail and comforts flee
Help of the helpless; O abide with me
I fear no foe, with thee at hand to bless;
ills have no weight, and tears no bitterness.
Where is deaths sting? Where grave thy victory?
I triumph still if thou abide with me.
Hold thou thy cross before my closing eyes;
shine through the gloom and point me to the skys.
Heavens morning breaks, and earths vain shadows flee;
In life, in death, O Lord, abide with me.

| Well I still can't figure out how to get my xanga site to play music, but if I could this is what it would be playing:
Rocking around the Christmas tree at the Christmas party hop Mistletoe
hung where you can see every couple tries to stop
Rocking around the Christmas tree, let the Christmas spirit
ring Later we'll have some pumpkin pie and we'll do some caroling.
You will get a sentimental feeling when you hear Voices singing
let's be jolly, deck the halls with boughs of holly
You can just imagine the tune in your head and sing the words out loud
and read my xang and the effect will pretty much be the same.
Oh and I hope everyone is having a great Christmas season because I know I am.

| So I got a job working at the Old Navy in Hixson for the Holidays and I
really like it. I have never worked in retail before because I always
thought I would hate having to deal with the people, but I am really
enjoing it. I did have to work today (the biggest shopping day of the
whole year) which was crazy, but it made the time go by faster. It
blows my mind what some people will do for a sale. There were people
camped out in front of the Wal Mart so they could be the first in line
for the sales. Now I like to save money on things, but that is just
taking it a little to far if you ask me. I am usually there in the
mornings on weekdays, so if you
are ever out that way, stop in and say hi to me.
I went and saw that Walk the Line movie last night with some friends by the way, and it was REALLY good.
